Method:
After sterilising all equipment, weigh out water and heat to approximately 70 degrees on a hotplate. In a separate container, add glycerine and xanthan gum together and mix until combined. Mixing glycerine with gums prevents lumps or "fish eyes". Once combined, add this to the warmed water and mix thoroughly.
Once the temperature reaches 40 degrees, add each ingredient one-by-one, stirring after each addition. Store in a dark glass jar.
